All the staff are very friendly and very helpful they will go out of there way to get you what you want .

I always go to Hays travel. The staff are friendly and polite. They are knowledgeable about places. They make it easy to sort everything out.

Very good looked into everything for me best hotels if it was Flat or to hilly for us told us about all amenities and how far they are did an excellent job.

I called Hays and spoke to Isaac. He was very helpful and sorted out my booking with ease. My friends had already booked their trip with Isaac so he knew all the details and added us on with no problems. Great service.
