James handled my cruise enquiry efficiently and was able to offer a really good deal. He took the time to listen and understand my exact requirements before offering valuable advice. We entered Hays not knowing what we wanted or anything about it as it was our first experience if coach trips. The staff took us explained everything clearly, as we are 3 pensioners they took time so we understood it all. I was so impressed I booked another one yesterday

We just walked in to inquire about a cruise (first time)and was so taking back by the knowledge and enthusiasm he showed us, we was so happy that we booked right away.
The only thing in all this we forgot to claim
