Led us through our holiday derails really well. They did not have a book on the holiday however we managedto get one from our local shop als9 a hayes travel.

I required a quite detailed itinerary…
I required a quite detailed itinerary and although this included rarely asked for inclusions in a holiday, Megan took up the challenge. Within 48 hours I had a complete breakdown of the requested itinerary. I was immensely impressed with the speed and thorough outcome. The itinerary met my requirements completely and needed no alterations. Holiday booked.

Mabula Game Reserve safari
Visiting Hays again today to book one of our bucket list destinations.......Mabula Game Reserve. All booked by the brilliant Shannon at Hays Travel Dorchester. Can't thank you enough for all your help in booking this. Shannon has a wealth of knowledge on different kinds of holidays. So far she has helped us book 2 great getaways for 2026 & 2028.

Lovely staff always helpful and attentive. They have all booked my holidays over the past few years and they are all very polite, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond . I would highly recommend Dorchester branch .
