Led us through our holiday derails really well. They did not have a book on the holiday however we managedto get one from our local shop als9 a hayes travel.

Shannon at your Dorchester bnranch was very helpful in organising our holiday in Scotland.
She was cheerful, polite and it seemed nothing was too much trouble to setup including our specific needs as we both have disabilities.

Easy Cruise booking
We wanted to book a Cruise and looked to book it online and found it confusing. We went to Hays Travel and they talked us through it, listened to what we wanted and made the process easy.
