Elise new her job very well made our experience very welcoming nothing to much trouble.Book a lot of my holiday with Hay's travel in dundee.Never had a negative experience with Hays.

Guided Tour of Japan
Our experience organising a guided tour to Japan was made so much easier by Sophie who was extremely knowledgeable, attentive & polite. Nothing was a bother to her. It was the main reason we booked our holiday through Hays.

Another First Class Experience
Another fantastic experience with Sophie at Hays. After returning from holiday we spoke to Sophie about holiday options in September. Sophie researched and gave us options based on our own criteria, and knowledge of others who had shared their own holiday experience. With this confidence our holiday is now booked. Sophie was professional, flexible and gave a personal touch. Having this trust and confidence in Dundee Hays staff is why we return each year.
