Another First Class Experience
Another fantastic experience with Sophie at Hays. After returning from holiday we spoke to Sophie about holiday options in September. Sophie researched and gave us options based on our own criteria, and knowledge of others who had shared their own holiday experience. With this confidence our holiday is now booked. Sophie was professional, flexible and gave a personal touch. Having this trust and confidence in Dundee Hays staff is why we return each year.

Sandra is always polite and chatty, we have been seeing Sandra for all our holiday needs for the past 15+ years, even when it was Thomas Cook. She explained everthing that we needed to know, aswell as making sure we arrange our travel insurance, she made everything look so easy and professional.

Sandra is the go to person, fantastic, friendly chatty, extremely knowledgeable but most importantly Fabulous, from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you walk out with the holiday you want, Sandra looks after you, recommends places, finds fantastic holidays for you and always gets you fantastic deals, honestly can't recommend her highly enough !!!.
