I always get a warm welcome as I enter the shop. Lorna is so efficient and can organise my flights and assistance so quickly.It is always a pleasure to travel knowing that everything will go smoothly.

Both ladies I dealt with were very helpful in sourcing the right holiday for me.

A lovely welcome into your new modern shop in east kilbride. Fiona had everything to hand as we deal with her most of the time. The staff are are all friendly and always say hello. Its like a personal service. All the staff are a credit to Hays .
