All the girls in the shop are so friendly and really helpful I have booked a few holidays with them kat is really good she is so helpful when you are looking to book a holiday she really helps you find the perfect holiday for you and your family I would really recommend that you go in and book your holidays with them you won't be disappointed I go to the hays shop in ellesmere port
