Theresa spent a long time getting the right specific booking for me despite it coming close to closing time!

Tracey was very helpful and took time out to book everything for us that we requested. Gave us all the information we needed and checked our passports were all up to date .

Knowledgeable Hays staff, very helpful too. Well informed young lady regarding booking a holiday. As a widow this will be my first ‘adventure’ going solo, to somewhere completely different, after watching the same cruise on helped me and me friend to also see a virtual tour around the boat.

As I havnt booked a holiday for a long while via a travel agent I found them very helpful and patient and we want to.know we are going to a good resort and location and thought we let the travel agent can advise us and give recommendations.

Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure i knew about the holiday that I booked. All in all highly recommend
