My first time booking a holiday abroad on my own with the children in over 10 years. Emma was very reassuring and gave wonderful advice. We have now found our perfect holiday.

First time booking with an independent travel agent, was scary at first but emma but all my worries to ease. She sorted our seats on the flight so we could sit together without any extra cost, was also slightly cheaper booking with Emma than it was direct through the website.

Have used Emma a few times and nothing is too much trouble. Helpful, informative, very friendly which makes the whole experience effortless. Can’t recommend enough.
