First class service Veronica who dealt with us was so pleasant and was most helpful for any questions we had 10 out of 10

Went in and left what we wanted for our trip. Caroline called us a few days later to discuss her findings. Everything was well planned and she took us through it all. Her itinerary was fine.

Caroline in Falkirk booked our holiday to Norway
Went over alternative options for us to compare with different companies and dates
We then booked with Avalon there and then
Caroline then took a few days to work on our Danube cruise options
Again offering different companies and dates
We then booked with P and O for 2027
Caroline was very happy and excited and enjoyed doing the work
The other staff members joined in to help her
We also had a lovely holiday in Salou last year booked by your Falkirk office
Again the lady was Brilliant

We were looking for a cruise and Victoria searched several different ones before we eventually found the right one , nothing was too much bother for her and she was very friendly and helpfull

The saleslady was very informative and did her level best to explain all the questions we threw at her .
