Mariam was absolutely fantastic, she was very patient, friendly and understanding and really listened to what we were hoping for and went out of her way to get the best deal for my daughter and I. I will definitely be booking my next holiday with Hays!

I booked a holiday to Costa Brava at the Falkirk branch of HAYES . Caitlin was the agent I dealt with. She was extremely helpful and very efficient.She has a lovely personality, and is very well suited to the job.She is still an apprentice but I am sure she will go far in her career as a travel agent .
