The staff are friendly and happy to help. They do not rush you, but instead give you time to look at the options before you make your decision.

As usual Hays Travel did a fantastic job.

Martine at the Ferndown branch made the experience of booking a much needed holiday great. We had already decided where we wanted to go and the dates but Martine was happy to spend the time with us finding the right hotel and flights and at a cost that we were happy with. There was no time pressure to get something booked even though another customer was waiting to see her. Great Service as always.

Excellent service as usual

Staff member, Storm, was very helpful. He made a reservation for the holiday requested then investigated the chance of a further discount. The holiday was booked the same day and I received a phone call and email to confirm on that day, as promised.
