Wouldn’t go anywhere else - the staff are all so helpful and friendly.
They go over and above after you’ve booked with help with check in and parking

If we want to book a cruise we always head for Macey in the Flint office! She always listens to what we want, then goes out of her way to make sure that she finds it for us. It always amazes me that she never fails to remember my name. The personal touch makes a huge difference.

She was so efficient at her job , and our holiday was all booked, boarding passes downloaded & island taxes complete . Always a pleasure using Hays , for our bookings. We should all do more to support local businesses.

Our experience on booking our holiday was very easy and the young trainee epwho dealt with our booking was really lovely along with the lady who was training her. I always use our local hayes travel in flint because I know we will be well looked after and can always rely on them to help if we are ever concerned about things.
