The lady I dealt with was extremely helpful and took a great deal of trouble to sort out the best flights to Shetland.

Telephoned Hayes to enquire about holidaying in a particular hotel in Majorca flying from Bournemouth. The young man I spoke to quickly found a package for the hotel in question. Had confidence in the answers to my questions. He rang the travel company to confirm the view from our room. He was polite, friendly & listened to what I had to say. Overall a good experience.
