Very helpful in finding us a holiday first class service

Sophie was extremely helpful and professional. As an older person she made me feel I could trust her judgment. I also feel I can contact her at anytime with any questions. This is my first time with Hays and I will certainly be using them again

Very unhappy. We were not aware that you were going to take thee full cost of our Jersey holiday at this stage . Is that the procedure noways. If that is the case we need to cancel and think again. Our funds should be returned immediately. Iain and Nancy Brown. 01655 332 157

I called Hays Girvan and spoke with Sophie Hearton. I knew the cruise I wanted but required a bit more information on room/balcony size, insurance & flights/coach to Southampton. Sophie looked into my queries and emailed me with relevant information on each. Sophie has been excellent to deal with as she was friendly, efficient and informative. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to book a holiday via Hays, Girvan.
