Lorna was really helpful in looking into options for our all inclusive holiday that allowed us to compare and contrast different resorts.

Callum helped with the payment system which was initially a bit clunky .

Managed to get a nice hotel great location & the flights i was after from start to finishing very professional polite & more than helpful with every aspect of the booking & made the experience pleasant & took me thru step by step on of the holiday so am more than satisfied with the time & effort Sophie put into help time find the holiday destination i was looking for & help me make a saving without compromising the quality of the hotel or location I’d highly recommend Sophie for future bookings very pleasant polite & friendly from start to finish

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Booked what we wanted and made it all very easy for us.

My partner and I visited the girvan store yesterday to check in and get foreign currency for our forthcoming holiday which Josh and Sophie did great. Callum your a superstar you worked through your lunchtime to make sure our cruise booking for next year was perfect for us . The whole experience was hassle free thanks to you all

Firstly, I was delighted to find a Travel Agent in Girvan. I could tell the staff were experienced in their job roles, which gave me 'peace of mind', as I am of the older generation and do very little by computer. My flight booking was made professionally and efficiently by Callum, who was very helpful and kind. I left the store feeling in 'good hands'. Thank you.
