No matter the time of year busy or not all the staff in Gordon st branch go out their way to make sure they've helped you with all the advice you need and never to busy to stop what their doing to make sure your all set to go ps but still need coffee machine lol

Your agent, I think her name was Hollie, was very patient and knowledgeable. She sought out the best deal for us, encouraging us to seek quotes from another company knowing we would return to Hays. You were not the cheapest but the service was better and we want to be taken care of.
