Extremely helpful with our holiday search, we had quite a wide range of expectations but with the help of Jill in Glenrothes office we were able to reach our perfect holiday destination

Booking at the Glenrothes branch of Hays Travel is always great. All the staff are so friendly and helpful not to mention knowledgeable about your destination.
We have been helped over the years by all the fantastic staff and this time it was Carly who made our choice of our next holiday so easy.

Went into hays travel glenrothes to get an idea of prices for a holiday in October, so I spoke to the lovely Karen who was only too happy to help, and within minutes she had set us up with a lovely holiday to gran Canaria at a great price. Another great experience.

We have used Hays travel twice before and return for the same reasons:
Friendly, inviting staff that are knowledgeable and helpful. Anything we were unsure of, they help us and find us a cracking deal.

Karen showed great patience without any pressure put on us.
Took her time showing us different choices even with the vague description of what we wanted, also gave great advice on the various resorts shown to us.
We eventually got there and we're very pleased with our great holiday deal!
