I had a major problem with flights involving change of dates and hotel reservations but Iona was very patient and after two visits it was resolved.

Really helpful and had lots of patience as we had a 3 year old with us and we had lots of questions as theres 9 of us, he was happy to wait while we checked a few things with someone offshore
