Alayna was very friendly and called the hotel to see if flumes and slides where going be opened in month of april she went above and beyond

The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful

The staff at hays Greenock are so helpful and always have a welcoming smile I wouldn't go anywhere else now

I went in to hays with 0 plans of were I wanted to go. Spoke with alayna who was amazing and went through every option covering almost every destination known🤣 ended up settling on turkey as never been and wanted something new and hot. Will be back again for any holiday I go on. Alayna also booked my previous holiday too.

So we had great experience, Alison the agent was so lovely and after a wee issue on our part, we did get our 1st holday booked for puerta del camren lanzarote 😍27days countdown is on and we are well happy 🫶

Excellent ⭐️ Welcoming and friendly staff always. I can be very indecisive and they have such patience and understanding of what a customer is looking for.
