Nothing was too much for her, she has booked everything I need and advised me on what things have changed since my last holiday. This was a first time experience for us with Hays Travel and we found your assistant, Kris, most patient and helpful in successfully booking our Disney holiday.

The assistant was extremely helpful and look through countless holiday to help find the right one for my family (I’m a wheelchair user). She asked othe members of staff who had been on the same holiday and used assistance for family members to come and speak to us to put us at ease about our trip. Would definitely recommend and use the company again.
