Hannah answered all our questions as it's our first cruise and we had lots of questions nothing was too much trouble. Hannah was very helpful provided us with lots of information and our telephone conversations were never rushed.

She nabbed us a great deal on a luxury cruise for my Big Birthday, and as novice cruisers, Hannah was really informative about best cabin decks and positions.
