The girls at Hays travel in Hastings are so attentive to customer needs, will always go the extra mile and keep you updated on any trips you may be interested in. I think a loyalty scheme could be introduced for people who come back year after year the will incentives to return.

My Wife Irene went into the Hastings…
My Wife Irene went into the Hastings branch to see speak to Sue, who had previously advised us on our holidays, very pleasant and knowledgeable, the proposed cruise, she offered tips on the ports, etc. The other staff members were pleasant and offered a coffee. We booked the cruise thanks again.
