Our assistant was very helpful
Our assistant was very helpful, managed to get us a good discount on our cruise and answered the many questions put to her by all the family.

A staff member who is a credit to Hays Travel.
The agent was so helpful and quick with her responses to my various emails as I kept asking for quotes for different hotels. An absolute star! She made it a joy to book through Hays and we will do again in the future without question.
