Excellent service and very well looked…
Excellent service and very well looked after. Explained everything all the time and gave us options. We came into the shop with a main idea of our destination and what we wanted to do , and with a joint decision we ended up booking the holiday for Sept 2027

Mia was great!
I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted so gave Mia some rough idea of what I was looking for and she ran with it!
She was very patient and flexible with the changing requirements and we came up with what I hope will be the perfect holiday!

We had already chosen the cruises that we wished to take. The bookings were made competantly, so far as we know, and the insurance, which was not entirely straght forward, was arranged competantly
