Process was more simple and easy as I could’ve thought it would be. Was all booked and all information through within the hour. Very easy to discuss the holiday I was interested in. I had left a voicemail for Heather and Jack from Hays contacted me the following day so was able to book, give details and deposit over the phone. Direct debit option was also emailed so I know how much to pay over the next few months. Would definitely recommend!
