Heather at Hays travel is spot on so helpful and extremely flexible with her hours and getting back to us swiftly and very patient as we’re taking the time going away for a day or so looking into hotels, destinations etc checking out further reviews too and locations of where she’s suggested we go. As we work hard for our holidays and want to get them right. She always goes above and beyond and gets us a better deal than what we can ever find ourselves. Good work Heather thank you for all your help it’s much appreciated we can’t wait to go away x
