Very smooth experience. We were thinking of joining my sister-in-law for her holidays but there were no more seats on the plane so decided to book a holiday to Turkey. Eve, at Hays Hereford, was very helpful and quick! In not time I had booked our next holiday. We can't wait.

The service was very helpful, booked exactly what we asked for with the minimum of fuss at the right price. Our flights were at the best times and our seats just where we wanted them. Thank you.
