The assistant listened to our plans, she asked pertinent questions and made the travel arrangements that we requested.
We were not rushed and were encouraged to ask questions. The atmosphere was calm and it all made for a pleasant experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to give tips and information that we wouldn't have found out otherwise.

I thought Maddison was wonderful, she worked so hard to book the cruise we wanted. Highly satisfied thank you

We booked 2 holidays close together and as ever the Hays experience was as efficient as always. As we are not tech savvy we find it reassuring to see and speak with agents rather than online.

Sarah at the Hillsborough branch was fantastic. I called with details of what I wanted for our family summer 2026 holiday and Sarah came back to me swiftly and with a great price that beat the Jet2 price I'd previously seen.
