I booked my holiday with Amanda over the Bank Holiday through Messenger. I wasn’t expecting to hear back until after the weekend but Amanda sorted it out and had it booked for me. Amanda responded to any queries to which I was very appreciative I would definitely book with Hays again thank you!

We went to Hays Horsforth yesterday and booked a family cruise for 10 of us, Chloe was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

Saw a bargain deal on Facebook to Toronto, Niagara Falls and NYC so commented asking for more details, Amanda replied in under 10 minutes (even though it was 8pm!). All booked by the next evening after annual leave was sorted, smoothest process!🙌🏻 Zero deposit and monthly payments, absolute no brainer! Had a mix up with some of our details however Amanda rectified with no issues 😃Brilliant service, can’t thank Amanda enough for how easy she has made it to book our dream holiday and Hays for the amazing price! 🤩🇨🇦 App is very easy to use and handy for accessing all our travel documents 😃
