Very supportive staff and very easy booking experience

Really responsive service

Another holiday booked with Tracy, and as always, she’s been absolutely brilliant. I honestly wouldn’t book with anyone else. I completely trust her advice and know she’ll always help us find the best holiday for what we’re looking for. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she makes the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Thank you again, Tracy – we really appreciate everything you do and can’t wait for our next trip.

They put the package together for the customer. It’s reassuring knowing it’s been completed correctly.

Previously I had never used a travel agent. I did everything separately directly with hotels, transfers and airport service. Since finding Tracy at Hayes travel Horsforth. I will no longer be doing all the planning on my own.

I booked my holiday with Amanda over the Bank Holiday through Messenger. I wasn’t expecting to hear back until after the weekend but Amanda sorted it out and had it booked for me. Amanda responded to any queries to which I was very appreciative I would definitely book with Hays again thank you!
