Annalisa in Hays Travel Houghton le Spring went above and beyond to help me find the perfect holiday for me and my husband to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. She was still smiling and so patient when we kept changing the destination, we got there in the end. Would recommend this branch.

As always the staff make you feel welcome as soon as you walk into shop. Go above and beyond to get the customer exactly what they are looking for and take the time to look for the best deal for you. I wouldn't book a holiday anywhere else
