The Travel Agent could not have been more helpful. She was extremely understanding of my difficulties trying to book a flight online and was able to book my tickets and reassure me plus advising me about any other problems I might encounter. I was given excellent customer care. Thank you.

Competent friendly service
I love dealing with Annmarie at the Hove branch of Hay’s. Nothing is too much trouble and she is so helpful and cheerful. We are always very pleased with her advice and guidance, and confident that she has selected a great holiday to suit our requirements. I know we are going to have the best time in La Palma. Booking a holiday
Called in to book a holiday to Spain I have used Hays travel before the rep went through all the hotels that were available in area that we wanted nice and easy booked the holiday with no problems would definitely recommend Hays travel
