Always friendly and thorough, recognised us soon as we walked through the door with a lovely welcome. Even took the time to ring and email the hotel where we are staying again to request something for us... Thanks again Elisha. Great service!

The fact he knew what we was after when showed him what we was looking at and got it cheaper for us and he was emailing the hotel to say was my 40th birthday aswell couldn't fault the help he was spot on great customer service
