Rosie from the hull city centre branch was really friendly listened to what we wanted and got us that exact holiday she wasn’t pushy or just trying to sell us any holiday couldn’t recommend enough

Senior Service.
My friend and i, both seniors had no idea how to book holidays by ourselves so went into Hays Travel and a very nice young lady soon had found us exactly what we needed, she was very helpful and friendly and sorted us out in no time.

We were seen by Amy at your hull branch after explaining to Amy that this was our first holiday abroad she bent over backwards to help us make the right choices and explained everything to us and she wasn't based when we kept changing our minds over where to stay

I had wonderful service
I had wonderful service.
I was looked after from my initial enquiry, and then when I went back to confirm my booking.
Both the ladies that looked after me and my son are a credit to Hays.
We handled technical issues, but I have recieved a call to confirm everything and assure me the booking is confirmed.
