Yet again we have just completed our 4th Holiday since January 2026 with the Ilkeston branch and no complaints whatsoever.
Cheryl took a long time to check out our Hotel requests would be suitable and it was certainly one of the best we have ever stayed at, so much so we are returning in November, thankyou.

The agency was welcoming and I dealt with Natasha who understood what I was looking for and helped put together my once in a lifetime holiday package. Natasha answered all of my queries and without any pressure. The booking process was easy and I wouldn't hesitate in using their services again.

I came in with only half an idea of what I wanted , but left with a perfect holiday for me and my family. I was put totally at ease , no rush just suggestions, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough enough , would definitely use them all the time now ,

Lily listened to what we wanted and checked as we went along. She was very attentive and double checked with us. She found us a perfect holiday. We are very happy.

The service at Hays Ilkeston was first class I got the holiday I wanted promptly with no fuss thanks to Lily. I have no reservations about recommending this store brilliant !!!

We came in to ask for some details and left having booked a cruise for 2028. Vanessa was lovely and explained everything in detail, working hard to get us the cabin we wanted

Booked a time at Ilkeston branch. When we arrived Lily had already looked at the holiday that we were interested in. Lisa was very pleasant and also very efficient. The holiday was booked without any hitches.

Asked Cheryl the manager at Ilkeston to find us a last minute break, she didn't disappoint as always, she is brilliant at her job, it is a pleasure to visit the Ilkeston store all the staff are lovely.

Rhiann was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Having not been abroad for years this was just what we needed to help us book our holiday.
