Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Booked 2 holidays and was given up to date information and advice to make a decision. Thanks to Ruby who did the initial searches for me and Lily and Natasha for processing the bookings. You were all so patient

Cheryl was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me decide on and find my upcoming short break. Getting everything booked together (flights, parking, car hire and accommodation) has taken any stress out of the process made it all so easy

Me and my partner booked for a trip to Prague yesterday and we were ably assisted by Cheryl, who was kind, friendly, charming and so knowledgeable. The service was excellent and whenever we're looking for holiday abroad, Hays Travel is the best!

A friendly welcoming staff who did not put undue pressure allowing me to ask relevant questions for my holiday. Also explaining the various options for getting the most of the booking system to suit my needs.
