The male member of staff (I have forgotten his name) that dealt with our enquiries was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient. Nothing was too much trouble.

I have booked holidays in the past in Ipswich branch of Hayes travel. But this year been good.Im book for spain soon and one later in the year.The staff are fantastic with help from start to end. Tiffany and Ricce are great to help you with everything. Brilliant. You must go and see them for holidays. 👍👍
