Jackie has been extremely helpful in assisting us to find our perfect holiday. We’ve had very specific requests with dates and locations! Emails have been responded to promptly and always polite and courteous. We have never been pressured or harassed to book unlike other agents we have used previously. We wouldn’t book a holiday with anyone other than Jackie at Hays

After speaking with her for 45 minutes I knew what I wanted and I booked the following morning.
