Everything was so easy to do, all by email everything done in a timely manner. Would 100% book through Jacqueline again. Price of the trip was reasonable and the hotel resort was fantastic

Jacqueline was so so helpful! We hadn’t ever booked a cruise before and she gave us loads of options and lots of information. Nothing was a trouble for her! After booking we have been sent a lot of additional information to help us!

Jacqueline made the experience of booking a holiday as easy and as straight forward as possible! A few rough dates and places and she came up with a fab deal for a great place! All on Hogmanay! Great service and would highly recommend to others!

This was our first family holiday abroad as we normally holiday on the UK but hadn’t been away at all for a couple of years. We wanted it to be right and an amazing experience for us all. I contacted Jacqueline for help and guidance on the whole thing. She was amazing from start to finish. She made it stress free, easy and I would highly recommend her services to anyone. I honestly can’t praise Jacqueline Baird enough she truly went above and beyond for me. I booked a holiday to Benidorm through Jacqueline but was worried as am disabled and unable to walk far. She has made sure I will get assistance in the airport and onto the plane am so grateful to her for her service. I will most certainly be booking through Jacqueline again
