Great helpful staff always great to book through Hays

Explained i wanted a cruise for next year, got exactly what I wanted,all sorted so quickly,so helpful nd friendly

Each time l go to hays travel in Jarrow they do amazing was seen by Chloe yesterday and she sorted everything out for me

We went in to book a short break not really knowing where we wanted to go. Stacey was an absolute star!!!! She was so patient helping us get what we wanted, making sure it was suitable and for us to get the most from our time away. Thank you so much.

Lovely girl Ruby dealt with our booking & also Chloe who came over to help with the pricing because we'd been in previously for a quote which had changed.
The girs were both very proffessional and helpful.
Ruby also booked our seats on the plane which is always helpful.
Both girls are a credit to the company.

I regularly use hays travel in jarrow for booking holidays and currency exchange. All of the staff members are so helpful and friendly. When booking my latest holiday, I initially spoke to Ruby the apprentice and ahe was very friendly and professional. She helped worked through the cost of my holiday to get me the best deal. I came back a couple of days later to book the holiday and although Ruby wasnt in, another staff member helped me with the final booking process.

I have to say you’re always greeted with a warm smile from the ladies in the Jarrow branch.
I was seen by Lesley and told her I had a very short timescale to book a surprise holiday for my pearl wedding anniversary (husband was waiting in the car and thought I was just popping into a few shops 🤣).
Lesley got me sorted very quickly and husband has no idea he’s going away in 2 wks lol.
