Jennie is our go to travel agent, she took our requirements and pretty much hit the brief first time again.

Nothing is too much trouble and happy to explain things over and over until we understand everything.

I became aware of Jennie via word of mouth locally, and first made contact with her in January of this year. She called me soon after and I outlined a very rough and basic idea of the destination and type of holiday I was looking for. I explained that I wanted to arrange a special holiday to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.

Jennie was immediately helpful and advised she would draw up a draft itinerary, and once she had sent it to me, we could discuss again.

The following day Jennie sent me a three week itinerary, a travelling holiday around Thailand. The itinerary was perfect, exactly what I was looking for. I confirmed this to Jennie and she immediately started work on the detail. A few days later, we completed the booking and payment process securely, and our holiday was booked.

We flew out to Bangkok on 7th March, and landed back in Heathrow on 28th March.

What Jennie created and delivered for us surpassed all my expectations, words cant do it justice, it was in every sense a ‘dream holiday’, a genuine ‘holiday of a lifetime’.

The travel arrangements, the time in each location and all of the hotels were outstanding, and the hotels seemed to get better and better as we went along, with Phuket and Koh Samui the absolute highlights.

I want to recognise Jennie’s professionalism and her expertise, from the initial steps, to secure booking, and throughout our time in Thailand, she gave me the one key thing I needed when on a travelling holiday of this nature, total and utter confidence.

In total we had nine separate flights and I never had to worry about any of the check ins or transfers, this was all done by Jennie back in the UK. And each day before we were due to fly, I would receive a simple WhatsApp message from Jennie with our boarding passes, and any relevant / helpful information.

Throughout our special holiday we felt relaxed and able to enjoy every minute without a second thought, safe and with total confidence that Jennie had everything in hand for us. On our wedding anniversary, the hotel decorated our room with flowers and left us a beautiful cake, another personal touch from Jennie.

We fell in love with Thailand (our first visit), its island’s, its climate and its people, no other holiday destination I’ve visited has even come close.

From my first conversation with Jennie when I outlined the special holiday I was looking for, she immediately gave me the impression that she cared, she gave us what I would call a genuine personal touch, nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always available, even when we were in Thailand.

I am so pleased I booked our holiday through Jennie, she is professional, calm and has clear expertise, she is a credit to her profession and to herself.

We absolutely want to visit Thailand again, and when we are ready either to travel back to Thailand or indeed anywhere else, I will only be going to one person, Jennie.
