We have used Jenny for our holidays for several years. She is amazing and finds us the best deals, nothing is too much for her . Jenny has loads patients and will check out any details we need to have more information on or be reassured about.

We are new to using travel agents. Our Agent, Jenny Forster, made the whole experience a delight. No hassle, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Clear, and concise wording helped us to quickly make choices we felt comfortable with. Jenny has been professional and courteous, but what struck me most was that her personable and cheery personality, which made the whole process, well, just perfect. We will be using Hayes Travel, and in particular, Jenny, for our future trips. This experience took all the stress out of making plans.
