Jodie is always so very friendly on approach and takes time to understand what we are looking for and always comes up with wonderful options . Jodie is always very happy to consider other dates and options to make sure we get the holiday we want .

I’ve booked cruise holidays with Jodie before and she’s brilliant she gets us the best price & deal available, and makes everything so easy, even the travel to and from Southampton, she’s so friendly nothing is too much trouble and she is so patient with my constant questions we just have to sit back and relax waiting for the day knowing everything is taken care off.

Booked a holiday with jodie at Hays travel and I couldn't have had a better experience. She got exactly what I was looking for, for less than i had expected. We have booked two holidays now with jodie and the experience was second to none. Jodie goes above and beyond to get what you need. She is alway on the other end of the phone where trying to sort out the holiday before or even when on holiday n need to talk to her. I would highly recommend Jodie and i would pass her name on to anyone that wants a decent relaxing holiday.
