Kath made the whole experience of booking our dream Asian adventure so easy, so helpful & understanding. Cannot fault her expertise a true credit to hays!

Following the success of my recent family holiday which Kath McDonald of Hays took full control of on my behalf, I have gone back to her to book our next holiday.

Kath was amazing from start to finish to enable the smooth running of our holiday and taking all of the stress from me - I listened to Kaths ideas on destinations, hotels and routes and just trusted her guidance - this trust was 100% merited
Highly recommend and now that I have found such a great company and holiday consultant, i didn’t think twice about allowing her to book my upcoming holiday and I can’t see me going anywhere else in the future

Our personal travel consultant Kath was amazing from the moment we made contact. We found her FB page to be cram packed with information on the destinations she had to offer with so much information, pictures and basically all the details you would want to know about booking a holiday We provided her with a rough idea of what we wanted, number of people, dates we were available and so on and kath went to work. She came back with a detailed list of holidays that we could then narrow down. She was super responsive, coming back with answers to our questions pretty much immediately, even late at night and weekends. The whole process gave me confidence in booking with her. Kath could not have dome more, She ws extremely knowledgeable and efficient and I will definitely be using her again

We have used Kath Mcdonald for several years now. She was recommended by a friend and I honestly can’t find the words to describe how fantastic she is. We love a couple of holidays a year and can honestly say that she is meticulous when it comes to every holiday details from start to finish of the whole process.
Kath always goes above and beyond like nothing we have ever experienced before.
Now we don’t even have to explain our likes and dislikes as she remembers all the finer details and has already filtered any hotels/cruise’s through before she sends over our choices. When we decided to book Florida we actually left both hotels to Kath to choose and not only did she book us 2 amazing places she sat with me and showed me how to use the Disney app, uber app, and booked in our special restaurants in the parks that she knew our neice would love. She also made me up a planner which was really needed as without it we wouldn’t have made the most of our days.
Honestly Every travel agent should be like Kath she is always happy and helps me out with things that she really doesn’t need to do. She makes everything so organised and easy. We will never need to use another travel rep because we really have found a rare Gem with Kath. I honestly can’t rate her highly enough without doing a full essay.

I use Kath for all my holidays. She is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Always goes the extra mile. All the holidays I have booked with her have been outstanding.
