. Our member of staff went out of her way to make sure we got the holiday to suit our needs as I have health problems she made sure that the hotel could

Great service shame about the price
We knew the holiday we wanted snd Heather was great at helping us book it and informing us of all the options this is second time we have booked through Hays Travel the only negative was price of the holiday was £100 pp more expensive than if we had booked online ourselves

We use the Killingworth branch, and they are all lovely people, welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable and interested in us.
