From start to finish Zoe was very helpful and informative. We would book with them again

whenever we go in to the shop we get a very warm welcome particularly from the Manageress Helen.
and that's what makes you want to return.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient. My trip was sorted out exactly as I wanted it with reference to flight times and transfers. I have used this branch before and will continue, great service, staff always strive to meet requirements.

Fab service as ever from Hays Travel in Kings Lynn

Very efficient and knowledgeable agent (Dan - King's Lynn) dealt first with our enquiry and then our booking. He was patient and answered all our questions. We did have one little blip with the booking, but this was quickly rectified.

It was great to come into the shop and Dan made us feel welcome. He helped us select the correct flight, hotel and car for our trip. We will definitely be using Hays again.

Staff were helpful and friendly, I dealt with Tamzin who gave me plenty of time and we found a good deal on the flights (better than I could find online). Also they can help me check in if needed and any questions I had were answered well to help me plan my trip.
