Grace in the Knaresborough branch went out of her way to find the perfect holiday for us. This wasn’t the first time she has done this, we would be lost without her.
She listened to what as a family we needed, the places we would love to visit and saved us so much time by doing the hard work for us.

When I use Hays Travel in Knaresborough North Yorkshire every year with my friend to book her and my Annual Holiday it is a great experience. We are seen by the Manageress Emma, or a member of her team, and discuss where and when we would like to travel. They have a great deal of knowledge and experience and treat us like royalty. Our holiday booking is wonderful.

Could do with an answerphone or recorded message asking customers to call back later as phone is ringing constantly and it’s unfair on staff already sat with customers

First Impressions
This was our first time dealing with Hays Travel and most satisfactory. Alice was friendly welcoming and helpful searching a number of options over almost two hours but made the experience pleasant resulting in a satisfactory purchase of a package holiday. Will have no hesitation in using this process again.
