I had a great experience with hays travel Lanark, Ailie was all the help I needed from the beginning to the very end by giving me many different choices on my needs and wants for my holiday, Ailie was great when coming to book my holiday, had everything ready and was so easy with all of her help and advice, Many thanks Ailie, will book again!

Great experience with very helpful staff, Megan. Was looking for a last minute week away and Megan found me the perfect solution.

I always book my family holidays with Hays Travel as I have been a customer for many years. The staff are all lovely and very professional, taking time and care to ensure you get everything you want from your holiday at the best prices. Even if I see a holiday I like online, I go into the shop and discuss it with them as they’ve probably been and can give you advice about the hotel and area, which you don’t really get online. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Booked last week for7 nights flying from Edinburgh then decided to go for 10 nights and fly from Glasgow, Aillie spent a lot of time to sort it out for me,can't thank her enough for doing it.

She offered a selection of accommodation, and one alternative choice from her personal experience that she explained and recommended.

I received details of 6 different holidays which met my requirements following my first visit. Following my review I visited to discuss and book my preferred holiday with specific additional requests.
