Emma and the team went above our expectations to help us to book our holiday. She explored all possible options for our more tailored Egypt trip, keeping us up to date along the way. She ensured all our criteria was met and liaised with colleagues to ensure we got the best option for our upcoming holiday.

Booked several holidays with the branch in the Crossgates Arndale Centre. The staff will always go the extra mile to assist with everything you need.

Staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble wouldn't go anywhere else

This is the first time I’d been in a travel agent for a long time, usually booking myself, didn’t realise what I was missing out on, Holly the young girl who served us was lovely as well as being professional, she took her time to listen to what we wanted and secured us a great deal to Cyprus. I’ll definitely be returning. 😊

Charlotte at the Crossgates Leeds branch was professional friendly and very helpful. Charlotte covered everything we needed and rang me within an hour of leaving (had to wait until exactly 4weeks to the minute to check in😂) to tell us we were all checked in.Yes I could have booked this online myself however we have used Hays for many years, they were fantastic when we had to cancel in 2020 due to Covid and there personal service is invaluable Thanks again Charlotte

We just popped into the Cross gates branch to enquire about a special joint 60th Birthday holiday next year. We were greeted by the lovely Rachel who searched and found us a wonderful holiday ! She was brilliant.
